Sarah Niman takes a decolonized, feminist approach to practicing law in the areas of human rights, civil litigation, and through criminal law reform efforts. Sarah‘s work aims to unpack and dismantle discrimination against those most vulnerable to oppression.
Sarah has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada, and appeared before several Senate and House of Commons committees. Before legal practice, Sarah worked as a Gladue report writer and journalist.
